In our annual newsletter here, I want to thank all our customers for their continuing support and wish them a Happy New Year. Let me outline our achievements this year and our plans for the next.
We have once again increased our turnover compared to last year, and this success is thanks to all of our customers for placing their trust in us and recommending our company to their friends and acquaintances.
This year, we became partners with Lloyds Bank, and not only have they been recommending their customers to us, but they have put us on their website as one of their preferred integration partners. With the recent improvements to our website, SEO and partnerships, we have many avenues for increasing sales.
As promised, we have continued to invest in our hardware behind the scenes, increasing the power and capacity of our servers' and cloud infrastructure. We have implemented a new phone system and added more lines. As we have grown, we have continued to put our customers first, with 99.8% of all telephone calls answered within 10 seconds and 99.9% of all calls answered within 20 seconds throughout the week from Monday to Sunday.
As of 22nd December 2024, our customers have put through a very impressive £242 million and €18 million, respectively, through the NuEPOS network this year. We are proud that almost a quarter of a billion pounds worth of goods and services has flowed within the NuEPOS system.
It was also our first full year of sales with our new exclusive PDA, which has shown excellent sales and showcased its impressive resiliency and capabilities against competitive products. We also had tremendous success offering refurbished units for customers on a budget, allowing more customers to use NuEPOS at a lower price point.
In keeping with our ever-expanding list of services we offer, we added many more chip and pin card providers, together with even more website and accounting package integrations. With more features coming next year, we will make more provisions to help you not be locked into any external service.

Before continuing onto upcoming features, two new staff members, Daniel Piggott and Leah Albright, joined our team. Daniel started his introduction by doing support to learn how the system works, but he will take charge of sales in the new year. Leah has joined us to improve our online presence and is handling our marketing services.
